Every order is carefully packed within 1-3 business days from the order date.
All orders are shipped with Canada Post or USPS with ground service to Canada and USA.
For our international friends, at the moment we do not ship internationally. Follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletter to get the latest information and updates.
Delivery times may also vary due to the carrier. Generally speaking, deliveries should arrive as follows:
– 2 to 10 business days within Canada or
– 5 to 15 business days within the USA
Depending on where you are located, deliveries may also be affected by customs and fees, orders may not include tracking, and items may be delivered in separate shipments.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Items must be in its original packaging and the product is not used or damaged to be approved for a return, exchange or refund. Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. A refund will be processed once received and processed.
